Year 11 student Angus Bayley has slow processing and dyslexia with experts saying he needs an extra 1.5 hours to complete his exams. The regulator says it can offer Angus an extra 30 minutes in total — or 10 minutes per hour — saying “Angus has provisions on par with peers with similar conditions”.
