The practices for Week-2, focus on improving spinal health which is the key to our physical and mental well-being. Starting with warming up the spine by combining Ujjayi breath with movement, the practices will gradually lead to Vinyasa or Hatha yoga flow that would move the energy in the body, make your aware of your internal vibration, make your spine strong and flexible and overall boost your vitality and energy – or in a nutshell – Wake Up Your Spine!
